In the agile and AI age, the “daily business” of people in organizations is characterized by key performance indicators (KPIs). Depending on the digital maturity of the organization, they determine (more or less) performance and are the central Instruments for fundamental strategic or central operational decisions. They can be both a blessing and a curse. "Because everything that cannot be calculated must be decided," as RK Sprenger so aptly puts it.

For me, go beyond kpi does not mean a return to the supposedly good old days. It means that collecting data is an integral part not only in the corporate context, but has long since become part of our entire lives with smartphones and the like. It means admitting that more knowledge and the associated more information, i.e. collecting even more data, is not the solution on its own. In fact, this is now the problem, especially for us humans. In the sense of paralysis through analysis.
Because MORE data doesn't usually mean that I can see more clearly or make more precise decisions. It often leads to the feeling of being overwhelmed becoming even stronger and thus the desired security that we had hoped for from the "more" leads to the exact opposite.

In a dynamic and complex world like today's, the greatest potential of the organization no longer lies in pure technological structure and process optimization, but in the serious empowerment of people, beyond bullshit bingo. Because at its core, it is about a mindset and the skills for the digital now, in order to learn to deal mindfully with the process of digitalization and increasing complexity.

Together with you, I will create a space that initially creates distance between you and the daily hamster wheel, so that you can use this gained “inner space” to act more confidently and clearly again. "Pay attention to YOUR attention!" is the focus. In the spirit of Bill O'Brien / Otto Scharmer: “The success of an or your personal intervention (transformation) depends on the interior condition of the intervener. We might say it this way: the success of our actions as change-makers does not merely depend on WHAT we do or HOW we do it, but on the INNER PLACE from which we operate.”
I offer people and organizations knowledge, ideas and support for their change, learning and development processes. My aim is to activate internal resources and potential through impulses and food for thought that enable people and companies to from within itself suitable, meaningful and meaningful solutions for a tomorrow that can function according to the integral regenerative leadership principle. That not only sees and values people and nature as a holistic system, but also sees them as a central, integral component within successful business models. Because this is where the greatest lever for real, meaningful development and change lies - not just in our organizations, but in our society.
