For me, the joint development of creative and, above all, pragmatic approaches is the decisive focus in everything I do. And it is important to me, with all understanding for legitimate demands and willingness to perform, mindful of yourself , the world, with his company, with his employees or colleagues, to be and to remain.
I can look back on over 10 years of competitive sport (1st and 2nd handball league, parallel training as an advertising salesman / studies in business administration, marketing, political science) as well as a good 25 years of business experience, including more than 15 years as an independent entrepreneur, manager, managing director and founder.

- Several years of support for a European market leader in the retail sector - with numerous individual settings as a coach, sparring partner & consultant for top management (NEB, Board, EMB, TLC) as well as facilitation of various team settings according to integral principles
- Co-initiator and constant companion of a mindfulness program - here idea generator, concept developer, as well as moderator of all formats (digital & in person) together with a small company-owned project team - European market leader in the retail sector
- Facilitator of an international GF development program - focus // my purpose & effectiveness as a person & manager // - with one of the largest global trading groups
